If you are talking about the _Heterodox Economics Newsletter_
http://www.heterodoxnews.com , then I would agree. But, "this
letter/network" is the "URPE-Announcements" list and Fred is
by no means "solely" - or even, primarily -  responsible for this list.
Nor is he even the moderator and that person deserves some
credit as well.
