week with:

Francisco Rodriguez is Assistant Professor of Economics and Latin
American Studies at Wesleyan University. He is a Venezuelan economist
interested in economic growth, political economy, and international
trade.  Before coming to Wesleyan, he served as Chief Economist of the
Venezuelan National Assembly from 2000 to 2004. He has taught at
University of Maryland, College Park and the Instituto de Estudios
Superiores de Administración.
