[URPE] Still looking for URPE speakers and material on Katrina

Dear URPE and Economy Connection Members,

I have started to receive requests for speakers and written information 
on Katrina and the various plans for rebuilding in the Gulf area.

Please let me know if you are prepared to do speaking engagements on 
Katrina, and on what aspects.

I have seen a few articles by URPE members, but not too many. Please let 
me know if you have written on this topic, and please also send links to 
your favorite economics-oriented articles by others on topics related to 
Katrina.
