In the case of Quebec, the narrative he's imparted to you is a just-so story
bearing little resemblance to the historical event. Not every militant
action by anarchists is a violation of some broader consensus, and not every
militant action including anarchists is an exclusively, or even
particularly, anarchist effort. These assumptions were particularly untrue
in Quebec, where the "red zone" action included everyone from Jaggi Singh to
José Bové to Maude Barlow to the whole Ontario CUPE delegation.
