[Marxism] Do you agree or disagree with the following proposition ?

In general, Marxists in the United States should not act on these issues, as
we are members of the paramount imperialist nation on earth, and though we
should know what is happening in those places, we should not take actions or
practice or "lend support" except to vigorously act to keep the United
States out of those places.

Marxists in those places are the main decisionmakers on how they respond to
concrete situations.

In the spirit of serious intellectual inquiry generated by this thread, 
I'd like to present three questions on more mundane, but rather 
pressing, strategic matters of international Marxist politics:

Do you agree with the following propositions?

1.In the spirit of the right of nations to self-determination, should 
Marxists lend their vigorous support to the deepening struggle of the 
Melanesian people of West Papua for autonomy and reasonably short-term 
independence from Indonesia?

2.In the same spirit of the right of nations to self-determination, and 
in the face of the rapid collapse of the imperialist invasion of Iraq, 
should Marxists and socialists internationally lend their vigorous 
support to the continuing autonomy of Iraqi Kurdistan and its eventual 
independence, or should they support, as some seem to advocate, the 
military conquest of Iraqi Kurdistan by a restored Iraqi state?

3.In the face of the decision soon to be made by the European Union and 
the UN about the future of Kosovo, should Marxists and socialists 
support the independence of the Albanian seven-eighths of Kosovo, or 
should they, as some argue, support the re-establishment of Serbian rule 
over Kosovo?
