You just got to love Wal-Mart. Now they are using the Canadian Charter 
of Rights and Freedoms to bolster their claim that Union drives in 
Saskatchewan infringe on their rights to speak with thier employees 
during the UFCW's drive or consolidation; if successful they will hinder 
the ability of the Saskatchewan Labour Board to ratify the UFCW's Union 
drive.

About a year ago, they were able to have a Union drive shutdown in rural 
Manitoba because a CBC camera crew dared to film their workers as they 
entered the compound to vote for or against certification. Lets hope the 
courts grow a pair and stop Wal-Mart in their tracks and prevent them 
from besmirching the Charter even more.
